Help O2 Honor Victims of Child Abuse

Did you know that five children die each day as a result of child abuse or neglect? Origami Owl® and Childhelp® have joined forces to save lives.

We recently announced our amazing partnership with Childhelp, a national nonprofit that provides comprehensive treatment to abused and neglected children.

April is National Child Abuse Prevention Month. In 1999, Childhelp designated the first Wednesday in April as National Day of Hope. Alongside Childhelp, O2 will be honoring the children we’ve lost with a candle lighting ceremony and moment of silence.

The burning candle represents the 5 children whose lives are taken each day, and the light we hope to bring into the lives of children who are still suffering. It’s also a meaningful opportunity to share our compassion and show our commitment to making a difference in the lives of others.

On Wednesday, April 2, 2014, please join O2, and together let’s be a Force for Good. Honor the victims of child abuse by lighting a candle and observing a moment of silence with friends and family.

You can also inspire others to help us save lives by sharing a picture of your heartfelt moment on Facebook, Instagram or your favorite social network with the hashtag #O2GivesHope. To learn more about Childhelp and National Day of Hope, click here.

Actually I tried to get my hubby to take a photo for me but he was not quite capturing what I wanted him too. I've got my Pink Twist Locket and Pink Quatrefoil Earring Drops on. Pretty in Pink today.

Disclaimer...this is not my best selfie.  I'm actually a little embarrassed: no lipstick, dirty hair, yuck.  I figured if I labeled it as Pretty in Pink my self esteem in this photo would be boosted.  No such luck.  Oh well.

This tag & locket combo is great for any military people.  We used to have charms representing each branch of our military, but we had to put a hold on selling them (I think it was a licensing/copyright thing).  With the addition of this awesome boot charm it brings a whole new spark to the USA themed locket.

I'm in it!  I would have never thought my non-photogenic self would ever be in a catalog.  Seeing this sure made me smile!  This is from national convention last year.  I am with my upline/good friend Rachel.  Rachel just made Director last year.  I have my fingers crossed to make Director soon.

Spring/Summer 2014 Sneak Peek Part 1

Yesterday was our Spring/Summer catalog Sneak Peek.  Oh my gosh you guys.  I LoVe what is in store for all of us!  There will be 150 NEW products.  Here are two sneak peeks to get you excited.
 
Interchangeable Enamel Twist Lockets!  Spring = fun color.   When you purchase your first interchangeable twist locket it will come with a base and white face enamel top. Then you can add additional faces/tops so you can easily twist off, change your charms & plates and switch the top to a different color! This will allow you to coordinate with an outfit, step out & be bold.
